Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Platin Ventures is based. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

SEBI Registration and Licenses:

Platin Ventures is not a registered research firm with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
